At that time I am in class 12 and also doing polytechnic from mechanical engineering.May apply for which post and how.

No after 10th only you are eligible for NDA examination.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA examination:

Educational Qualification:

XII with Physics, Chemistry and Maths for Airforce and Navy.

Age Criteria:

You must have age in between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

So if you want to join defence force through NDA then first complete 12th and then apply for it

Can we apply or give exams for IIT after 10th ?

you want to serve the nation , which is really appreciable.As, you are in 10th standard, so you are not eligible for this UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION [UPSC] yet.
Through this examination one can apply for all the combatant forces of the Indian army, i.e. NAVAL FORCE,
AIR FORCE WING,
MILITARY BRANCH..

For apply in this examination, the minimum educational qualification needed is a 12th degree from a recognized board.
For apply in naval and in air force wing, you must have subject PHYSICS & MATHS in 12th, also you must have scored at least 60% in 12th.

The age limit exist for appear in this examination is 16.5-19 years, there is not any kind of age relaxations are applicable for any reserved category.

Also you must have Indian nationality with marital status unmarried.

no dear not at all..............qualification----XII PASS,,,,AGE LIMIT-16.5 TO 19 YEARS. STUDENT OF ANY STREAM CAN WRITE THIS EXAM BUT IF YOU HAVE MATHEMATICS ITS EASY TO CRACK THIS EXAM.....GOOD LUCK..
