You can't appear for NDA.
The only exams for entry of girls are- 1.SSC(Short Service Commission)- Qualification required- Any graduate degree/BE/B Tech degree with minimum 60% marks and having passed Physics and maths in class 12th. Age limit- 19-23 years Advertisement Schedule- In the month of March and September. And the required height of girls in Defense must be at least 150cm. |

NDA is not meant for girls. Male candidate is only eligible to apply NDA.
If interested girls candidate having completed Graduation Degree in any discipline within the age of 19 to 25 years can join Defence sector through CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam conducted by UPSC twice every year and can join Indian Officer's Training Academy. Girls having Graduation Degree in any discipline within the age 19 to 23 years can also join Defence sector through SSC(Short Service Commission). |

Height - 155 cm vision - 6/6 no colour and no night blindness After clearing NDA exam you can opt for OTA(Officers Training Academy) IMA(Indian Military Academy) IAF(Indian Air Force) or single corps in the army intelligence wing |

First of all i would like to kell you onething that is girls are not eligible to write NDA exam. In NDA eligibility criteria there is one restriction for girls i.e girls are not eligible for the NDA. |

The Eligibility Criteria For National defense Academy Examination are : * You must be an unmarried male. * You must be an Indian Citizen. * You must have passed your 12th from any recognized board with physics , chemistry and maths as your main subjects. * Your age should lie in between 16.5-19 years. * You should be physically and mentally fit. So, you are not eligible for this examination.. The educational requirement for appear in this examination is a 12th degree .. If one wants to apply for the INDIAN AIR & NAVAL ACADEMY, one must have Physics & Maths in 12th with at least 60% aggregate,... Otherwise, one can only apply for the military academy (IMA). As the girls are not eligible for NDA examination so there is no any question regarding the minimum height required for girls for NDA exam. If you are really interested to join defense , then i suggest you to completed your graduation first and try to appear in the Combined Defense Services Examination as girls are eligible for this examination. Is NDA Meant For Girls A big Quetion Mark ?? NDA i.e National Defense Academy Exam is not written by Girls because Girls are Not Eligible for writing this. NDA is only Meant for Boys. Girls become More Responsible only after completing their graduation Or any degree. if girls wants to join indian Army then they can but Not after 12th they need to Go for further studies. After Graduation you have ample number of Entries like I) CDSE i.e Combined Defense Service Exam , need Girls/Guy with any Degree from recognized university for Indian Army. If they want to join Indian Air force then they need to have Physics Or maths as a subject in their Graduation. II) UES i.e University Entry Scheme , Final year Engineering Students are Eligible for this. III) SSC Technical Only Final year Engineering Students are Eligible For this. So, i do suggest you to Go for Engineering Degree to make your self Eligible for Every Entry Thanks |

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings. - Army wings - Navy wings - Air force Wings Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings. For Navy / Air force wings:- Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board. There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination . Age limit:- Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam. Minimum height -157 cm with 5 cm chest expansion. Here is the information regarding NDA Exam. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. Every year UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is going to conduct NDA Exam twice a year. Candidates can join following defence services by cracking this exam Army wing Navy wing Air Force wing The selection procedure through which the candidates can join defence services is by Written Exam Interview Medical Test One should have completed 12th class with any of the stream to be eligible for Army wing. It is must that the candidates should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects in order to be eligible to apply for Navy and Air Force wings. The candidates should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this exam. Girls are not eligible to apply for this exam. As per this criteria, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for NDA Exam. But you don't have to be disappointed at all. There is a way for the girls to join defence services. For this you have to do Graduation with Mathematics and Physics so that you can apply for CDS Exam to make entry into Indian Air Force. You can also make entry into defence services by UES (University Entrance Scheme) Method. Wish you all the best. |
