IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal Selection conducts Clerical Exam for 19 Public Sector Banks.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having either completed 10th with 60% marks or having completed 12th with 50% marks or having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised Uiversity within the age of 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good command over computer operation. IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection)...... IBPS has raised it's clerk qualification from 12th standard to Graduation. So the minimum educational qualification for IBPS clerk is graduation, But no need of specific percentage restrictions. IBPS conducting this exam under 19 banking sectors. List of banks under IBPS:- Allahabad bank, Andhra bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of india, Bank of maharashtra, Canara bank, Central bank of india, Corporation bank, Dena bank, Indian bank, Indian overseas bank, Oriental bank of commerce, Punjab national bank, Punjab and Sind bank, Syndicate bank, Union bank of india, United bank of india, UCO bank, Vijaya bank. Eligibility details:- The candidate should be complete graduation or any bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Percentage is not important to apply this exam. The candidate must be a citizen of india. IBPS have been conducting common written tests & common interviews for the purpose of selection of suitable candidates regarding the vacancies related to the position of clerks & Po in the nationalized banks IBPS Clerk Examination Qualifications : Citizenship : The candidates should have Indian citizenship Age limit : The age limit between 20 to 28 years Upper age relaxations : The upper age limit relaxations for the reservation categories as per the policies of the govt are SC/ST : up to 5 years OBC : upto 3 years PWD : up to 10 years Educational Qualification : Candidates should have a Graduation in any stream from a recognized university (OR) 12th stands with min of 60% aggregate from a recognized university . You should complete the Graduation from any recognized university. The percentage not required for this exam. Your age limit should be between 20 to 28 years. 3 years upper age relaxation applicable for OBC. 5 years upper age relaxation is applicable for SC\ST. 10 years for PH. Both male & female candidates are eligible for this exam. Sir i got 61.6% , 63.2%in hs and graduation bt if i calculate the marks including my 4th paper/ pass course it accounts to 51.66 and 60.66 but i had filled in the application form as 61.6 and 62.3% respectively will i be rejected on this basis. Sir pleas help is there any way to rectify the marks.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Every year IBPS is conducting common written exam for the recruitment of Clerical positions on behalf of all the public sector banks.
SBI and SBI Associate Banks will not come under this category. The selection procedure for Clerical Positions would involve Written Exam Interview Here is the eligibility criteria to apply for Clerical Positions. Academic Qualification : One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university. Till last year, the candidates who have completed 12th class can appear for Clerical positions but now only Graduates are eligible. As per the required age, For General category : 20-28 years For OBC category : 20-31 years For SC or ST category : 20-33 years. The nationality of the candidate should be India. You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification. If you have completed Graduation, then I suggest you to apply for this Exam as and when the notification is released. If you did not complete your Graduation, then I suggest you to join Graduation in the stream in which you are interested and carry out preparation for this Exam from the very beginning of your Graduation.
