When will be IBPS exam.I am 29yrs now and i completed only higher secondary and i am from OBC category.Do i able to write this exam.Please give me solution for my question.

After completing Higher Secondary examination you are Only eligible to apply for IBPS Clerical Recruitment examination, The examination is Conducted every year.

IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection and to become IBPS Officer, you have to complete your Any one of the examinations :

>> You have to complete your 10th examination with minimum 60% Marks from a recognized Board. (OR)

>> You have to complete your 12Th examination with Minimum 50% Marks from a recognized Board. (OR)

>> You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognized University.

To apply for this examination your age should between 18 to 28 years.

But if you are OBC Category Candidates, then you will get 3 year relaxation on age. So you are eligible to apply for IBPS Clerical examination.

Eligible candidates may fill the IBPS Application form Online Only.

The selection is based on Written test and those who cracked the written test are eligible to apply for Interview conducted by Public sector banks. You will get IBPS Score card and the validity of score card is 1 years, So please prepare well for the examination as per the pattern and syllabus.

IBPS Clerk Eligibility Details: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection – IBPS will be conducted Common Written Examination (CWE) from the year 2011 on wards for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre vacancies has been approved by each of the 19 participating public sector banks. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection - IBPS exam 2011, to get job in banks, which known as common written test, need some standard qualifications and age to attempt the exam. When you come across with Education qualifications, must pass final year degree, which recognized by government of India. In addition, the candidate must be citizen of India.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality/Citizenship: A Citizen of India.

Definitely..You are eligible to apply for IBPS Exam at this Age.

IBPS{Institute of Banking Personnel Selection } conducts Bank exam twice a year for Two Post-> 1. Bank Clerk 2. Bank PO(Probationary officer).


On the basis of Your qualification i.e. 12th passed, you can apply for only Bank Clerical post.



Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Bank Clerk Exam:

• You should have completed 12th standard in any steam(Maths compulsory) from recognized central/state board or school.
  
• You must secured minimum of of 55% marks
