RAS stands for Rajasthan Administrative Services. This exam is conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission each year. In order to join Rajasthan transport services you have to appear in this exam. This examination is conducted by the RPSC for the selection of candidates for the various posts in various government departments. This is Administrative recruitment exam for Rajasthan State. This exam is similar to IAS/IPS exam.

Eligibility Criteria:-

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-

You should have completed your Graduation in any stream from a recognised university/colleges. If you are in final year of Graduation course then also you can appear in this exam.

AGE LIMIT::

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. There is some age relaxation for OBC, SC/ST candidates. The relaxation is as follows-

5 years for SC/ST candidates
3 years for OBC candidates
5 years for defence service personals
10 years for physically handicapped candidates

No. of attempts:-

General Candidates :-4 attempts

OBC Candidates :- 7 attempts

for SC/ST Candidates :- No limit

Selection Process:-

1. Preliminary Exam

2. Mains exam

3. Personal Interview.

• Your minimum educational qualification should be Graduation/Bachelor degree pass out in any discipline from recognized university.
• Your compulsory subject in Graduation should be English and Rajasthani.

Age :

• Candidates who will apply for this exam should have a minimum of 21 years.
• Candidates age should not be above 32 years.

Age Relaxation : Age Relaxation will be provided to candidates who belong from the state of Rajasthan.

• Backwar Category - 3 years.
• SC/ST Category - 5 years.

Selection Process :

• Preliminary Exam - Objective Type.
• Mains Exam - Conventional Type.

No need of percentage required to apply this exam.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age criteria:-

The age limits are 21 years to 32 years.

3 years relaxation for OBC candidaler,

Mains examination,
