I am 25 yrs of age, passed B-tech in ME, My weight is 65 kgs and height 165. I am eligible to enroll in Indian army

Age wise, you cannot join the NDA but you can join the Short Service Commission entry as age limit is 31 years. After passing B.Tech, you can join the Army in this entry. Your height and weight should be 157.5 cms with correlated weight Visual Standard should be 6/6 myopia of not more than minus 3.5 including Astigmation. In case of Technical Entry scheme and university entry scheme, cadets can also join Indian Military Academy or Officers Training Academy after completion of graduation. There are medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. There will be a compulsory paper of Mathematics in the NDA Exam, conducted by Union Public Service Commission.
