It seems that your query is based on the Common Written Examination conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Now, Once you qualify the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officer, Clerical Posts or Specialist Officer, you will have to wait for the participating banks to start the recruitment procedure. Now, as soon as the Bank asks the qualified candidates to apply for the particular post, you will have to do so and along with your application, you will also submit your score of the common written examination. Now, depending upon the score and other qualification, candidates will be shortlisted for Interview.
So, basically, qualifying the Common Written Examination doesn't makes you eligible for Interview but it only makes you eligible to apply for the particular post in any of the 19 participating banks.

Common written exam will be conducted 2 times every year by IBPS. While you get score card form IBPS means you passed only in common written examination.

That doesn't mean bank will call for appear in interview. Understand clearly keep watching banking websites or some other job portal regarding the same. 19 public banks announces their vacancy in their official site, whereas they will be mention their eligibility this means who can appear in interview.

Each and every bank has some cut-off mark. As per their cut-off mark no of candidate will apply for the particular post. otherwise they won't call you through phone or some other media.
