ANS: There are various books for preparing for the income tax officer but according to me KIRAN PUBLICATION Book will be very help full go through it definately you can succeed.

Am saying this as i have prepared the same book and expecting to qualify in the exam as even i have also written the exam S.S.C Staff Selection Commision.

A candidate must have Passed out their Graduation Degree in any Stream From Recognized Universities can apply for it.....

Age Criteria:-

• minimum age should be 18 years.
• Maximum age should not exist 27 years.

Relaxation on upper age:-

Relaxation for OBC +3 years on upper age....

For SC/ST it is up to +5 years on upper age....

Nationality of India:-

A candidate must have Nationality of India.....

The Exam For the Income Tax Officer is Conducted under the SSC every year.

The Income Tax Officer you have to face this exam and have to passed out all the stages of this exam.

There are mainly three stages for this exam :

1. Preliminary Exam,

2. Main Exam and

3. Personality Test


Eligibility and Criteria


A candidate must have Passed out their Graduation Degree in any Stream From Recognized Universities can apply.
