A bachelor degree holder in any stream is eligible to apply for Indian Administrative Services as an Officer. In order to do so, candidate needs to write and qualify Civil Service Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPCS).
The minimum eligible age to write the examination is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years for candidates belonging to general category, 33 years for candidates belonging to OBC category and 35 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
The format of the examination is common for candidates belonging to any stream.
The compulsory subjects in the civil service examination are as follows:

• General Studies
• Civil Service Aptitude Test
• English
• Essay Writing
• Indian Language

The written examination is divided into two stages known as Preliminary Exam and Main Exam. Candidates need to select two optional subjects in the Main Exam but as far as the Preliminary Examination is concerned, it comprise of only two compulsory papers and no optional papers.

Yes you are eligible for the IAS examination. Any candidate having a degree or a graduate may eligible to apply for the post of IAS.
