Yes, you are eligible to appear for Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor's degree from any recognised university in any discipline. The age limit to appear for examination is 21-32 years.

So, after qualifying in all three stages of examination eligible for recruitment as an I.R.S Officer. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
