Can I appear in IAS exam as a general candidate?


Hi can i appear in IAS exam as general candidate for first year and then as OBC candidate next year

As my family income will go below 4.5 lakhs from 2nd year but rgt nw more than 4.5 lakhs,

or it is once i applied as general candidate i cant for other category again

Can a student with degree of christian educations from recognised university write IAS exams?what is the age requried to write?
