Sir i am in 12 i having taking science i am also having it sub after 12 can i apply for ips jobs my ? Is what is the qaulifications for ips jobs

it is not possible after 10+2.just you follow the eligibility criteria.

Minimum Qualification for IPS officer is as follows:


1) Educational Qualification:
You need to have a degree to appear for IPS exam.
Final year students can also apply.
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

2) Physical Requirements:
Height -
Male 165 cm
Female 150 cm
Chest -
Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm.
Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm.

You will be required to appear for exam conducted by UPSC .

Relaxation in age:-
SC/ST--- 5 years.
OBC--- 3 years.
Handicaped-- 10 years.

Number of attempts:-
General candidates: four attempts.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates: No restriction.
Other Backward Classes: seven attempts.

i am persuing B.com 1st year. can i apply for the IPS examination???

Graduation is the basic qualification for IPS. You can select the stream that suits your interest. You must have completed 21 years to apply. Upper age limit is 30 years. Also, you need to satisfy certain physical standards also.

After diploma what i am applay

you can not apply for ips exam .
for this you should graduate and no percentage required .
age limit for
general 21 to 30 year and 4 time you appear in this exam .
obc 21 to 33 year and 7 time you appear in this exam .
sc/st 21 to 35 year and no time bar for them .
candidate should be an indian .

Dear friend you are not eligible to apply IPS exam after passing 12th class.

For apply IPS officer exam the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

IPS stand for Indian Police Services.

Indian Police Services exam is conducted by UPSC under Civil Services exam in every year.

Eligibility criteria for IPS exam:-

Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.
