Information Regarding NDA Examination.

NDA examination is conducted by UPSC in every year for the admission in the Indian Navy, Indian Army and Air Force wing of NDA. This examination is conducted twice in a year. Once in the month of April and other in the month of August in every year. To appear in the NDA examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification = Pass 12th examination with any stream from a recognize board or University. The 12th board exam appearing student are also eligible to apply for the NDA examination.

Age Limit = The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of appearing of this examination.

As per your question if you age is 18 years then you are eligible to apply for the NDA examination. Do preparation well for the examination and crack the exam.

The eligibility criteria for NDA -

1. 12th from any recognized university.
2. 12th with PCM.
3. Age limit = 16.5 to 19 years .

The National Defense Academy test is conducted by UPSC twice in a year .
The notification of NDA-I will come to the second week of October of this year and the exam will be conducted on April of 2012 .

The notification of NDA-II will come to the second week of April of 2012 and the exam will be conducted on August of 2012 .

As per the criteria you can go for both the exams .

Yes,you can attend the NDA exam as your age is between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army etc.

Eligibility criteria for NDA-I/NDA-II exam:
Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream.
Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
Citizenship: Indian

NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education.

NDA-I exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will held on 15th April 2012.

NDA-II exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012.

NO. you will not be eligiable to appear in the the NDA entrance exam next year if you are 18 years old.

as you have mention your date of birth is 15.12.1993.

so next year your age will be above 19 years.

but the eligibility criteria for the NDA exam is

>>age must within 19 year. minimum 16.5 year.

>>12th science steam.

>>60% marks in 12th.

1. a student who has got physics, chemistry and Maths as his subject combination in 12th.
2. within the age 16.5-19 years
Then you can easily appear for the exam.
You have to go through 3rounds of selection:
1. Written Test
2. Personal Interview
3. Physical fitness test

Yes, you can attend the NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam next year if your 18 years old. The NDA exam is conducted by UPSC(union public service commission).

* The age limit for NDA exam must be within 16.5 to 19 years.
* Unmarried male candidates are only allowed
* Candidates should complete 12th from a recognized institute.
* Candidates should study physics and maths as subject

dear friend,

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC.

After 10+2 you are eligible for NDA exam but the age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

So if your age this is above 19 years. then you are not eligible for NDA exam now.

You age is now below 19 so you are eligible for NDA exam.

After completion of your graduation you are eligible for NDA exam.

Eligibility for NDA

yes,you are surely eligible..

a candidate should fulfill the following conditions to be able to appear for NDA :-

1)the candidate should be 12th pass-out (with PCM for Indian Air Force or Indian Navy)

2) the candidate should be within the age limit of 16.5 -19 years..

you should be physically fit and should have a perfect eyesight..

first..you have to clear the written exam,then the interview and then the medical examination..

After completing 12th,You are Eligible To Apply for NDA Exam.
And the age should between16 1/2 To 19 yrs.And Only Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July,1993 and not later than 1st jan,1996 are Eligible.
And If you want to Apply for Air force or Naval wings.You should have a physics and Mathematics in 12th Level.And the candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission
to NDA Examination.And Minimum Acceptable height is 157.5 cms(162.5 cms for Air force).

NDA is one of the defence service exam and this exam is carried out by UPSC every year in favor of candidates to join in :

• Indian Army

For applying for this exam the candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria nd they may include such as:

Candidate need to be a citizen of India.

Candidate should be a unmarried male candidate

Yes offcourse, you can apply for NDA at an age of 18 years according to the age criteria provided by eligibility criteria for NDA.
The eligibility criteria for NDA is :
1. Nationality : You must be a citizen of India.
2. Gender : You must be a male candidate.
3. Martial Status : You must be an unmarried candidate.
4. Age criteria : Your age should satisfy the age criteria i.e. 16.5 years to 19 years.
5. Educational Qualification : You must have qualified the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University.
