sir, can i change my b.tech course in any gov. college to appear in type of test,exam?
if there any chance please advice me?

Yes most of Engineering colleges permit students so that they can change their stream in 2nd year...

If they score excellent in their department or in college...
but there is very few chance...
so for that you have to be top in college....

Different universities or collages have different criteria for changing branch.
Mainly it was such that you need to top that collage or university for changing your branch.

I think it depends on the college but according to my knowledge it will not be avalible in govt/ colleges

Changing B.Tech stream is allowed in all the colleges as a government rule.
But there are certain conditions to be met.
most colleges allow branch chage in second year only,
however some collegesallow even in 3rd year like IIT Kanpur.
where you can change your branch in 3rd year also.
In additon to all this there are certain conditions to be met
like only top ten percent are eligible to apply and the strenght of your branch
should not decrease below 90% also there must be empty seats in
the branch you want to change over to.
all such detailed criteria and particulars are college specific and vary from year to year.
so you shoul better contact your college and the concerned departments
for more information and apply as demanded by the administration.
Please remember that generally toppers only are able to change branches.
so get good scores.

there are many procedures to change. bt you can change in case of resonable difficulties.

if you are in a government btech college you can change your branch by thr branch counselling.
For how to change you have to contact your college.They will tell you how to change the branch accordingly.

In every institute there is a rule to can change your branch.But you can only change your branch in 2nd year.
But their are some condition too:
*You pointer in first year should be good(comes under top 20 in whole institute).
*Vacancy present in the branch,which branch you want.

There are lots of conditions for changing the stream of engineering while you are doing the course. It all depends upon the college and university in which you are studying. The first year of engineering is common in almost all branches of engineering. So it is in the second year or rather the 3rd sem that you can choose to change your stream of engineering. This is feasible if and only if your college has a vacant seat of your desired branch and also, the fee structure should be the same. The college also should get the permission from the university for this swap of branches.
