Can I get clerk job in any bank after passing 12th Arts with 67.33%
I have passed out +2 Arts with 67.33%. Can I get a clerk job in any bank?

Bank PO exam required age criteria is 21 to 27 years old.
No, After 12th standard you are not eligible for any of bank exams but after completion of your graduation degree you can apply for all the bank exams. Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate's. You have completed graduation degree with above 55% marks then you are eligible for ICICI PO Exam. |

Dear Friend,
After 2011 bank has made mandatory to be graduate in order to apply for the post of clerk. You must complete your graduation first in any stream in order to apply for the post of clerk. At present you are not elligible to apply for it. IBPS conducts examination for the post of bank clerk every year. It conducts exam for 19 PSB's(Public Sector Banks) under one exam. You can apply for both the following in order to become a clerk in a bank. ----> IBPS Clerk. ----> RRB Clerk. (Regional Rural Bank). Thank You. |

Yes. You are eligible to apply for the post of clerk in banking jobs after completion of your 12th Arts.
Bank Clerk Eligibility - You must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. - Your age should be between 20 to 28 years. Age Relaxation available 3 years to OBC and 5 years to SC/ST. No, you are not eligible to apply for Clerk post in banks with your 12 th standard in arts stream qualification.
Eligibility for Bank Clerk post : -> The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for bank clerk(both IBPS and SBI) job is Graduation or any other equivalent examination pass from UGC approved college or university and there is no marks percentage criteria to apply for this post. -> Age limit to apply for this post is 21-28 years for General category candidates and age relaxations are : * 3 years for OBC candidates * 5 years for SC and ST candidates ex-servicemen * 10 years for Orthopedically challenged candidates. # And the recruitment process of Bank clerk post is preliminary exam, main exam and Language Proficiency Test. -> Preliminary exam is screening test and is conducted in 3 sections for 100 marks. -> Main exam is conducted in 5 sections for 200 marks and those five sections are : * Quantitative aptitude * Reasoning ability * English language knowledge * Computer awareness * General knowledge with special reference to banking industry and current affairs. -> Language Proficiency Test is conducted to test whether the candidate knows how to read, write and speak the local language of state in which he/she applying for clerk post. |
