can i get job in airforce and navy after 12th science? i am 22 years old

Yes, You are eligible for Indian Defense includes Air Force, Military, Navy.
You are in a right age 22 yrs which is the apt age for recruitment for postings.
As you have completed only 12th standard, you have very minimum opportunities. Please check the corresponding websites for the recruitment notifications. Or go to the website and click on " AM I ELIGIBLE" option. give your qualifications and it shows the vacancy for the given qualifications.
It is always better and additional qualifications if you had got NCC certificate.
