Hi frndz,
i'm now studying MCA(2nd year). i got more than 60% in all forms of
my carrier except 12th. i've heard that MNCs are asking 60% in all forms so how can i manage that? Is there any company which doesn't see school aggregates?
can u list me any companies who doesn't required school marks? plzzz tell me i'm in total chaos......

yes srinivasan the MNC's are asking for minimum of 60% in all forms,you need to do exceptionally well in our ongoing studies so that they get impressed.

don't at all worry that you have a low percentage always what a companies looks in candidates profile is there any progression through out his studies

according your question it is clear that you got a very good percentage in your higher studies than your 12th

it will not at all effect your job prospect


be confident

increase your confidence and all other skills

Dear friend.

The MNC companies asks for a cut-off of 60% or 68% in your highest qualification.

Mostly they will not consider the previous scholastic record into consideration but, its better to have good percentage all over your student life so that you can impress them.

see, maximum company gives cut-off of 60% marks in throughout of career.

as you have not this criteria so you can't appear those company.

but there have many companies those are not MNC but provides good money takes below the criteria candidate.

you must try for those companies.

I have a very less percentages in my acedamics 10th 48.48% from Maharastra SSC, Intermediate 59.% and B.tech 56.7 % . I have been worried with my less percentages. Now , I got job in a software Company. I have got 2 yrs and 5 months of experience in software field. I have worked harder and now after 2 yrs I have been placed in a project. I tried to study well but could'nt study , but I provided myself I can work to my best and gained a good name in my company. I am trying for a jump but companies are still asking for percentages. Can anybody tell me Einsteinian was a 10th class failure became a great Scientist. Bill Gates who was a stood the least in his batch , became the world best. So, from all sort of these things comes to my mind everytime when someone asks for percentages. So friends can you tell me the companies can get me in even though i got less percentages in my academics. if you want a job you can get job in a calk centre just you need you have to improve your communication skill in english.you will get rs.5000 to 8000 as a fresher.

i got low percentange in 10th 55% in 1997 and inter 49% ln 2000,degree 47%in 2003 and also after 5 years i join in mca in2008 now completed my mca 73% marks in 2011,i am eligible for software job ,plz tell me

is there any way one can reappear for 12std xam. i got 59 there wana increase it to atleast 60. have currently completed ma mba n have 65% in all formats except ma 12std. plssssssssssss suggest

do not worry about this you continue your study after then you apply for job you got it.
but some difficult arises but you got job 100%

I passed my b.tech in 2008 with 75% but because of some reason I couldn't do job and now i have 3 yrs gap and also i have 59.4 % in 12th but i have good knowledge in QA testing but not real experience so can i get job still ?please help me....

some compines are allow o take participate in th ecampus drivre without 60% through out like Wipro .
you will be try and get a good job .

Sir i have 58% in my inter or 12th standard and i hvae more than 75 % in remaining and i got 83% in my m.c.a can i get a job in the mncs as a s/w developer or Programmer

which r the companies which do not have criterion of 60 percentage through out other then wipro

you don't worry a bout low percentage in 12 th and which company will recruit you .so don't think this type of things
here you need to proceed get good marks from now onwards the companies will run for ypu if you have good from now
make practice and do hard work effectively
