Can I pursue MBA regular or part time if I am a 3 years diploma student in electrical engineering with 4 years experience in L&T
I am 3 years diploma in electrical engineering and 4 years experience with L & T . Can I pursue MBA regular or part time ? Please reply.

MBA being a post graduation course only graduates are eligible to apply for the same. Diploma course is considered as an equivalent to 12th standard. No consideration is provided for those with work experience. So you need to enroll for graduation first. Being a diploma holder you can appear for the lateral entry exam to enroll in the second year of engineering course.

Some Engineering diploma are consider as equivalent to 3 year degree course under UGC/AICTE
if your diploma is also equivalent to the 3 years degree course than you are also eligible for MBA regular. Your 4 years Work Experience can also help you in getting selecting in good B-School. You need to clear one or more Entrance Examinations For getting selected in One of Premier B-School of MBA. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY FOR MBA 50% to 60% marks in graduation from recognized university in any discipline. Some Entrance Examinations. I HAVE DONE PGDIT FROM MIT PUNE AFTER 3 YRS OF DIPLOMA ENGINEERING, I HAVE GOT 5 YRS OF JOB EXPERIENCE AS A NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER IN HCL(3YRS) AND PRESENTLY AT WIPRO(2YRS). I WANT TO UPGRADE MYSELF MBA, IS POSSIBLE KINDLY ADVICE.
