Is a candidate with common minor ailments accepted by medical board of defense forces?


How strict is the medical examination conducted by defense forces for OTA, IMA,AF AND NAVY. Can a candidate with common minor ailments be accepted by the medical board.

Actually it all depends upon the type of ailment you are suffering from.If that ailment creates a big hurdle in your career then you must be definitely disqualified & Minor & major is not a concern regarding that.

But if that ailment is not a big issue for the defence forces then medical board can accept it & no strict rule is followed for that.

If that minor ailment comes under their physical fitness criteria than they will not approve of it.
but if ailment consider to be not of important type than person can get away with it.

i was hving d problem of phimosis they can tolerate this or not
