I have completed my 10th in 2006 at mumbai with 64%. And now i want to give extranal exam of 12th from mumbai. So dont know which collage provide extranal exam of 12th commarse and how get form and which date?

There are many college in Mumbai which have this option. Colleges like National college in Bandra, HR college in Churchgate, NMIMS etc do have this option. You can approach them for the details. But it would be better if you approach the Maharashtra State Board for details about this.

i have passed my 10 through nios. i want to do 12th external in commerce but regular school from pune?
