please tell me which company is better to join INFOSYS OR TCS.

well both are good companies,
you can choose any one of them

Any company is good for an employee only till it's earning profits from the employee.

If you get an opportunity in both companies at the same time then do the analysis with the job prospects in these two companies then select one. Else select the first one you get the opportunity, because both are well reknowned copanies & for most of the guys they are the dream companies.

Both the companies are the well known and dream companies for many people. Both the companies are level five companies i guess. Both of them provide good training for the candidates so i would suggest you to go for the one which calls you first.

both companies are good,it is depend upon your ability,it is depend upon you how you take your carrier in the companies,how you will take benefit of opportunities.

well both the companies are good .....both give equal job profile and packages.......but TCS being a more renovated company, they provide many other facilities along with the salary..............
like the general terrify for one tight stay at taj is 20000.....but as a TCS employee you have to just pay 2700.......you can buy any tata product with a heavy discount........

in my point of view both company r good
during reccession these company were some wat affected
but now because of the PIN(personnel identification number)
a project of indian government both r havin a huge chance

tcs is good but infosys is best.............

As all of our friends said both the compenies are having much capability towards each and every project.... and you must grab the job which ever comes first frm these compenies, since it is resession period!

Both the company are good but it depend on the company who will give you more money as it has value these times and its also depend on you that which company would you like to join. Its totaly your decision so don't ask anybody about this matter.

the campus placement are over, i have been not selected for tcs,.it was a great experience though .

the best company for civil engineers are L&T,GAMMON INDIA,HCL,SIMPLEX,DLF.
well among these L&T takes any kind of projects,simples is famous for its piles and also for heavy engineering,DLF is an infrastructure developing firm

as per my view INFOSYS or TCS are both good companies, but now it depends upon you to select that is more suitable for you after considering following things like distance of office, your salary package, conveyance facility, prospects of growth etc. all these things are utmost essential for a job, we can only suggest you but lastly you have to decide which option is best. yes this is correct question to ask ;

of course TCS gives more job guaranty than infosys,because

infosys takes regular internal exams while training period and fires people who underperforms.but this is not in the case with TCS.

well both companies are so good to join but as ryan says TCS is good to join ..i am also with him...infosys has fired my brothe after failing in internal exam so i will advise u to go for TCS

in my opinion INFOSYS in better than TCS .
and a bit depends on the packages provided by them.

BOTH are good companies BUT as mentioned above you can also join TCS it is also a very good to join

i woild say if you want proffessionalism to the core then INFOSYS is far better and also the job satisfaction is more in INFOSYS

But INFOSYS take's a little advantage,due to its international exposure,and having a good man power strength.

i think you must go for TCS as it provide a lot of other attractive facility to there employes where as INFOSIS didn't provide so much.

if you are getting job through college placement then if some problem arises like recession then INFOSIS generally didn't give your call letter where as TCS may give you your call letter after some time.and there are many more things which make TCS much better than INFOSIS.

actually both companies are very good,its very tough to compare each other,but i will suggest you to chose those company which will offer you high salary.

both these companies are good, you can choose according to him. those companies give you better facility, choose that company only.

well, i will talk about it in different perspective,
infosys though good, make their freshers work for 12 hours a day,and they are't as employee-friendly as Tata's
tata provides the best training be it power or IT, have a very active employee greviences redressal cell and everything come to a pass only on merit, which cant be said about infosys.

both the companies are equal competetors but if you belong to software field then infosys is the best

according to me TCS is much better than INFOSIS as TCS provide many facilities to there employee that INFOSIS dosent provide.

both the company is good, i think you can go for those who gives good facility as well as good remuneration. both these company is better in your own way.

i think this is an debate which is going to go on for ever and ever,
both the companies are leaders of the market in there field and are the biggest rivals in the Indian IT space,
both are good as far as pay is concerned the only difference is that infosys is harsh on under performing employees when compared to tcs
