i wan to tell you that if you are a fresher than both are good for you if you get job in any one company than it is good for you. well TCS is good because they provide good package after some month. and also many type of other facility. so if you want to choose any one of them than choose TCS.

TCS is like a government. If you want to leanr more n have good experience then Join Infosys. Infosys is best. After 10 yrs you'll gave enough knowledge and when you become old you can join TCS to relax..

Always TCS is better, Infosys is a selfish company even if u r Abdul kalam the credit should go to Murthy or Nandan further they will keep their employees under pressure No job security.

Well both are the top IT companies in INDIA. It depends on you what you get in these to do for your career growth. Well INFOSYS is better than TCS in terms of Employee Skills recognition and putting them in their desired fields.

Both Infosys and TCS have a great respect of their own in the world of IT sector in india...The training period of Infosys is much tougher and strict than TCS...so the choice is yours ...this was the basic difference of both the companies...and more importantly Infosys is already present and established name in Global market in compairison to TCS..

as far as i knw TCS is better as there the work stress is less when compared to INFOSYS.go for tcs.all d best

6 months training in infosys is very valuable and very pricious .
u must join infosy if you have options so.

As Infosy's is globally available in India, China, Australia,Poland, UK, Canada and Japan. So Infosys is also a better company.

Where as TCS will greatly deal in various IT services and business solutions. So we can say both company's provide great opportunities for the businesses as they select the best employees in their company so both company's are equivalent.

So both company's are similar. You can apply in any of the company as both of them are the best company's.

What i can say is both company is good and both pays the similar salary and even both provide same oppuruntinity to go aboard . But the one advantage is that TCS provide some benefit apart from salary but infosys doesnt provide any . But As a fresher its better to join infosys because you get to learn more with the world class training they provide.Now its your choice

TCS is a very good company than infosys cuz Infosys sucks ur blood during the training the worst company no one would see

they treat people like slaves my option is better to go to TCS rather than Infosys. The written test would be soo easy for Infosys and

interview process is damn easy but try hard to get into TCS rather than Infosys.

i would suggest that TCS is definately better for a fresher than Infosys.
if you get into TCS the chances of getting sacked is way lower than that in Infosys.
if you dont perform at infosys you are sure to get the stick.

Both the companies are so much reputed. I think comparisn should not come between this companies. They both are the targets for the aspiring software engineers. The packages are almost same in both the companies. facilities are alo same.
But now I am going to give you my opinion. As TCS is a part of TATA sector. In India Tata products are so much renowned in India. You will get discount in those and you can also get much more importance in India by doing jobs in TCS.
So you got your answer from me....

Congrats for being placed in infosys... friend its for sure infy is going to call you in but it takes some 3-4 months after completion of your degree, so you have to wait till that time and if you have planned prior for doing PG course then i guess you should quit the call letter from infy and start planning for PG now itself because regretting a decision after its taken wont help you...so the choice is yours......
