TCS is no doubt a better company than Infosys because it has more job securuty than Infosys ,greater number of employee,larger salary and much more facility, So tcs is better than Infosys

Infosys is definitely better than tcs as it provides better job security as compared with tcs...after economic recession many people lost jobs,even the one's who were good enough so now a days job security is more of a concern along with salary....

there is different parameter for the selection that which one is the best.
if you will talk about the revenue status then no doubt infosis is the best one.
abut as far as the biggest company then tcs is good one.
and about the job salary.....both the company have different aspects....so you should judge it.

Both of these companies are better when compared to the MNCs in India. But still in the recession period, the Infosys retains the candidates without sacking which is not in any other companies. Because job guarantee is important in India. but salary wise TCS is better. Choose the best !!!!!!!

The possibilities in which an it sector company works are based on following counts:
1. Stock listings
2. Company profits
3. Workplace
4. Work mover load.
Till, a graduate moving statistics, its TCS on the top of the charts. Both are having outsource network in European countries. Some even work in states, Australia.

TCS is better compared to Infosys. Mainly, work pressure is high in Infosys compared to TCS. Package is more or less same in both companies. Hope you are aware that TCS is on the top with its CEO earning the highest compared to other companies. So, its better to join and gain the same pay offered by Infosys without work pressure in TCS itself. !!!!!!!!!

But TCS is far more famous than INfOSYS as the name of the TATA is more famous.

But if you are getting chance in any of these then never miss a chance because they hire only good students and they even send their employees to the foreign for their projects.

hi friends i feel tcs is much better than infosys specially for freshers as a lot of trainies at the 2009 recession times were removed in the name of lower internal exam marks which was not in the case of tcs ,it definitely provides real job security with less pressure

See both two are obviously a good multinational companies among all multinational companies.
So comparison is not suitable here because both are good.
But in some respect TCS has some advantage and in other respect INFOSYS has some advantage.
from my knowledge what-about i know that if you once selected in INFOSYS and continued it 2 to 3 years then there are no chance to loose your job .i.e. in technically which is called sack.
But TCS has some disadvantage like this.
But also TCS has some great advantage like..... if you are a TCS employee and you want buy Any TATA product then you will get facility i.e. some some discount.

overall i conclude both are same.
join any one if you get chance both of these two.

as per my knowledge TCS is better than INFOSYS.because if u conside any company accodding to pacage then u obviously choose TCS not INFOSYS.
because u get more pacage in TCS than INFOSYS.besides u have to more hard work in INFOSYS as compared to TCS.and u get more supirior facility in TCS rather than INFOSYS.
so obviously u choose TCS.
to know company details means company pacage ,facilities etc u may direct search companie's site.
