There are various Universities and Law Institutes, which offers Diploma program in Taxation Law. In order to be eligible for the program in most of the Institutes, candidate must have completed the bachelors degree program in any discipline from a recognized University. Admissions are made on merit basis by inviting applications from qualified candidates. The duration of the program is one year.

Following are the list of Institutions along with eligibility criteria:

Pune University - Department of Law

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College

D. E. S. Law College

Symbiosis Law School, Pune
