Re: Difference between GMAT and GATE?
GMAT is an exam which is basically held across India, to select candidates for the MBA (Master's in Business Administration ) course.
One has to be a minimum graduate for this course from a recognized university. But this is a managerial degree. And GATE is an exam which is basically held across India, to select candidates for M.Tech (Masters in Technology) course. One has to be a minimum graduate for the same. Thus the difference. All the best. Regards #RJ# |

GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a entrance exam for admission in M.Tech college. GATE is best exam for admission in M.Tech college. BY GATE exam you can get chance of M.Tech from IIT college.if you score good marks in GATE exam you can get chance of M.Tech from IIT college. GMAT exam is conducted for admission in business colleges for MBA.GMAT exam is conducted by AIMA(All India Management Association) delhi every year. By scoring good marks in GMAT exam you will get chance of MBA from good college.
