Do I belong to the Handicapped Category if I lost the vision of my eye in an Accident?
Respected Sir, I want to know about the Handicapped policy in India. I lost the vision of my right eye in a Bike Accident but my left eye is completely fine so I want to know do I belong to the Handicapped Category if I lost the vision of my eye in an Accident? Please answer as soon as possible.
