ECE holder can do MS in Automotive field? If getting into Automotive field is not possible then which field should I opt for?

I have done my btech in ECE, I wanna do my ms in AUTOMOTIVE field is it a right option if not please tell me why?. I would like to ask one more question if AUTOMOTIVE is not that field which field should I opt for?
