Eligibility for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with general maths in 10th
Sir,
If my son take s General Maths instead of Regular Maths along with other subjects in 10th Std, then will he get admission in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Please clarify. |

Yes definitely your child can pursue diploma in mechanical engineering if he has passed he is 10th standard with science, mathematics, Hindi, English and social science.
He is age should not be less than 15 years and to pursue diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognised government university he has to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the particular University. |

To be eligible to get admission for pursuing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course, you should have passed 10th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Admissions in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course are done on basis of 10th standard board examination marks or through Diploma entrance examination conducted by your respective state board of technical education.
