Is it fine if I tyrn 21 years old in any month of the year in which appearing for the Civil Service exam?
It is said that to prepare for the civil service exam , you are supposed to be 21 yrs old. My question is ' is it fine if we become 21 by any month of the year to appear for the civil service exam?'.
