Hai,
IAS-Indian Administrative Service. IAS exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) once in every year. Eligibility criteria:- Candidates who wants to apply this exam should be complete graduation from a recognised university. Candidate must be a citizen of india. There is no percentage restrictions to apply this exam. Age criteria:- The age limits are 21 to 30 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Civil Service exam conducted by UPSC every year for IAS.
Eligiblity Criteria for IAS Exam :- To write IAS exam you must complete your Graduate degree with any stream.You should be an Indian Citizen. Age should be between 21 to 30 years for general, obc age is 21 to 33 years sc/st age is 21 to 35 years. For this exam, 4 attempts for general, obc 7 attempts, sc/st category candidates have no limit to write this exam. for giving the IAS the eligibility for the age is
your age should be in between 21-30 years in case of general category. A relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and sc/st students respectively. the number of attempts you have in this age group is as follows- for general= 4 attempts for obc= 7 attempts and there is no restrictions for the number of attempts for the sc/st category students |

IAS or Indian Administrative service is a civil service exam conducted by UPSC every year.Graduation in any discipline is the minimum qualification to apply for the exam.The main factor is that the candidate should be a citizen of India. The age limit to apply for the exam: For General - The aspirant who have attained minimum 21 year & not have attained maximum 30 year on 1st August of the year of the examination. The upper age limit is relaxed for: 1. OBC- 3 year 2. SC/ST - 5 year 3. Blind/Deaf/Mute/Orthopedically Handicapped - 10 years 4.Jammu & kashmir domiciles (1980-1989) - up to 5 year age relaxation 5.special cases of defense services personnel - up to 3 year 6.special cases Ex-service man who have rendered at least 5 year in military service up to maximum 5 year age relaxation. These are the age limitation to apply for the IAS exam.if you are eligible then you should have apply for the exam. Thank You. |

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years And SC/ST category candidates 5 years. Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
