i am studying the b tec with ec branch at lmniit jaipur my home town i have alloted n i t agartalla with chemical branch what will be better for me with regard to my future prospects sefty placement package and further study also pl guide me as i am confused of having of charm of nit

It is not bad to think of NIT but you have to think about the stream first. And in your case where you are going to have you seat from NIT agartala, it is not to be considered as a good option. It is true that after four year your btech is from NIT but is not a worthful. You can check the ranking of LNMIIT and NIT agartala you will get this fact that LNM is more than 15 place better than NIT agartala. If you are not getting any chance of sliding after admission in agartala then please do not select this option.

Moreover, Jaipur will be much nearer to you from your hometown. It is always beneficial.
Also dont opt NIT agartala evenif you get ECE there........

Dear friend
One should choose an option considering both the aspects ie college as well as branch. Chemical engineering is a very good branch from both the job and higher studies point of views. But, the placement condition in NIT Ag is not good enough. The placement scenario in NIT Jaipur is much more better than NIT Agartalla.
I would suggest you to join NIT jaipur electronics branch as per the placement scenario and higher studies as well.

In my opinion good colleges must be given higher priority as it will provide you a good environment of studying....and secondly a good stream is equally imporant...because its your stream that makes your own identity...after you pass out from college...

from my point of view good strem matters more becoz i.e is according to your interest and you can make your career in it through your hard work and devotion good college cannot everytime make good engineers it is important that your field should be your passion and it shouldnt matter for you from which college

in my view both are important.good college as well as good branch both has equal importance.

but for some college like IITs, NITs etc good college are much more important than good branch.in such college if your branch is not good nevertheless you will get good jobs in reputed companies because in those college reputed companies frequently comes for placements.

but if you are going to take admission in other than above mentioned college then good branch is must.otherwise you will be in danger.

so choice will be yours.think carefully and do accordingly.

There is no meanings of GoodColleges or GoodStream,
I wanna to say you that everything is depends upon you,how are
you used yourself in study.

However,according to your information,I will say first that you should choose that in which you face no problem,you can choose to stay at LMNIIT as it is in your hometown.According to me it will be better.

NIT,Agartala is also good but according to some statistics LMNIIT is better ,
as well as if you study in a proper way you can prosper in your life with Electronics & Communication stream.

After the course completed,there are so many chances for you in Govt. and private sector,many S/W companies etc...

College is the most important part of every student's life. So, choose a good
college wisely.

Remember, at most of the times you can create opportunities on your own
by performing well in your academics. So this makes a clear picture that a
good college is more important than good course.

Secondly, there is no bad course in B.Tech. Every course has got its own
importance. Every course has a good scope in future.

Dont think so much because LMNIT is so far better than NIT Agartala. First of all Good college is more important and then look for the better branch that will help you a lot. Stream is important but everywhere same stream can't do the same magical prospects in your life. I can say one thing in different colleges different streams are good, so look for the best college first and then go for the stream next.

As far as I'm concerned it's better to stay at your home city because ECE is one of the best branches and LMNIT can do better job than Chemical in NIT Agartala. But all the better future lies in their interest whether it may be ECE or Chemical.

i want to tell you that NIT is good colleges but firstly go for branch according to your interest or scope
but Chemical engineering is good branch and there is another thing that any you can choose any branch if you want to do from IIT or NIT because you will get job in very good company and also good salary packages.

I think Good colleges and good Stream are two sides of a coin. Because if you got a good college without have a good stream, then it will affect you at the time of placements.

And, if you got a good stream without having good colleges, then it will also affect you carrer.

So, according to me, good colleges with good stream are the best path and you will get sucess, if you can do course from reputed colleges with good stream.

It will provide you a chance to make your career bright in future and you will find a good salary pacakage.

So, good collegs and good stream both are important.................

the most important hing is the stream not the college,there are many people who opted for comparatively dull stream for joining into good college but are struggling in there life,but people who joined streams like ece ,cse in comparatively low grade colleges are highly successful,
in your case it would be better to take ece branch

& it is better for you if you get your chosen stream in a good college.

But as per your situation i suggest you to kindly continue your study with ECE stream apart of choosing NIT in chemical stream.

Because there are two reason behind it:
1. you will loose your one precious year.
2. If chemical is not your preference then you will not show your interest.
But if your interest is regarding chemical stream then you can choose it.

Good College and Good Stream both are important because if any one
of them is bad then it is affect the placement. So i can say that both
are important. But your branch and college both are good so don't

hii, taking up a good branch and a good college is important, as both counts, see in some collges there will be placements more for good branches and in some there are no so you can try outside as the subjects have much more demand , please maintain a very high percentage , all the best.

NIT - national inst of tech
JNTUH-is AP state unviersity,
cbit -it is AP state private engg college,
when compare with these three ,
NIT is better beacause it is national level college,it is the central college for indains if we studied in this we can get more opprtunites(job/acadamic) in other countrys also . In companies also they have more opprtunities compare with state colleges.
if studied in local state university like JNTUH ur u can chances but less than NITs,and we have more chances in our country only ,
if we studied un CBIT we will get more chances in our state only ,
when compare with these three
NIT(these will get more chances in international companys &in the local country and local state companys )>JNTUH(they will get more chances in own country and local state companys)>CBIT(these will get more chances in own state companys)

Get a seat in NIT is the best opportunity for you how ever , if you are not able to your choices branch, i think there may be the opportunity to change branch for the branch topper, so if you ll get that position you can make your chance,

Then yes good Branch is also more important, because , in future if you ll not get opportunity to improve then there ll nothing meaning to the best college..

I would say that the stream which you are studying makes a much more difference to your personal career that from which college you are doing it.

You are in a particular college for not more that 5 years at a maximum, but the stream which you would study would be with you forever. So you should not compromise on the stream, be it in any college.

EE
CSE
ME
CE
IT

in engineering.

i have completed my btech in ece from nit bhopal. i got placed easily in a good company. but here it seems that it was a wrong option that i have chosen ece for my btech. also, mark my words, as ece is the toughest branch in engineering stream. apart from being tough, it has very few seats in psu's and in ies exams as compared to other branches. also, ultimately, you will have to get placed in software companies, as ece has very less core companies in india.

if you want an govt job, then go for electrical, mechanical, or civil.
if you want to go in software then go for cse or IT.
and if you want to crack mba, banking, ias, ssc then go for any easy brach.

As after ocmpleting my btech in ece, i'm still in dillema that why ECE BRACNCH HAS BEST OPENING AND CLOSING RANKS.

my brother completed btech in chemical from nit bhopal and finally he got placed in hpcl.
i choose ece on saying of others and he choosed chemical by his owb courage.

main point:- choose the brach you are interested in from any good college. ultimate thing is the sataisfaction, whatever you study. if you are interested in textiles then surely go for it from a good college.
companies only do visit to colleges which have good reputation in market.
