hi my dear friend.. you are asking about How to apply BE in tamilnadu..

you are from non-tamilnadu, so other state people also allowed to get seat from tamilnadu.
there are number of seats available for other state students..

eligibility:

1.Students comes from 10+2 stream
2.must apply for the counseling
3.here no entrance exam
4.based on your +2 mark seats can be allocated
5.but you cannot get scholarship from tamilnadu government

these are procedure to get seat from tamilnadu engineering college
