Re: How to apply for IES for Civil Engineering 3rd year student?
Being a 3rd Year Guy , You can't write any Of the leading Exams in India except for Gate.
For writing IES you need be in Final year of Engineering with any Branch out of listed Four i.e Civil, Mechanical , Electrical & EnTc. Yes you are Eligible with respect to Educational Qualification But you need to wait for one more year. As this is boon for you, You can start Preparing for IES i.e Engineering Service Exam with Full effort. And you will Definitely Crack this Exam. with best wishes. |

Re: How to apply for IES for Civil Engineering 3rd year student?
The IES exam is suited for candidates with an engineering background. The minimum qualification in Engineering is a must. However final year students are allowed to apply. But there is a condition that they should have completed the course at the time of joining. Also they should be 21 years of age. So you need to wait for an year to apply. You can start preparing for the test as it is highly competitive.
