Sir,I have complet +2 my date of birth is 06.01.1994. is it possible to apply NDA in dec.2012 ?

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC two times every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate wishing to join NDA, must be an umarried Indian male candidate having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The NDA can only be applied through on line by paying requisite fee for the exam.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education, or equivalent.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy,
12 th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education with Physics and Mathematics, or equivalent.

**NDA EXAMS IS ONLY FOR UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES .


Scheme of Examination :--

Written Examination

1. Mathematics (Objective type) -300 Marks

2. General Ability Test (Objective type) 600 Marks

Total marks for written examination = 900 Marks.

NDA exam is conducted in Three Wings:

• Indian Army
• Indian Navy
• Indian Air Force

A candidate must have completed their 12th science from recognized Board

Age of candidate should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years

Only Unmarried Male are eligible for it

A Candidate have nationality of INDIA

According to the age criteria you are definitely eligible for applying NDA examination......

After completing 12th Science with Maths as subject a candidate are eligible for it.....

A candidate should be only Unmarried Male......

Age of candidate should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.....

There is no any Relaxation is available for Reserved category......

Here i give you the details eligibility criteria for NDA entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Examination.
-->Pass 12th class from a recognize board/University. 12th board exam appearing student can also apply for the NDA examination.
-->The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of examination.

NOTE :-- Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for the NDA examination. Female candidates are not eligible to apply for NDA entrance examination.

So, as per eligibility criteria you are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance examination. If you completed your 12th class then you can apply online/offline for NDA examination.

Hey friend,

The NDA Exam is conducted for candidates to join in defence foces of India
and is being conducted by UPSC every year.

With completing +2 you can write the NDA exam as per the education qualification for joining in Defence forces of India and along with this you need to satisfy:

> Nationality
> Martial Status
> Age Limit
> Physical Standard

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the exam which can be done in:

• Online
• Offline

For Online Forms:

The candidate can get the online forms for the NDA Exam at the official site of UPSC at www.upsconline.nic.in


For Offline Forms:

The application form with a Information Brochure which will contain the instructions for filling the form and an acknowledgement card and envelope for sending the application will be obtainable from Head Post Offices.You can get them at the rate of Rs.20
