Hello sir, I am doing masters in England but am Indian and am interested in police department. How to apply from uk to police carrer in Andhra Pradesh please let me know. Is there any chances to write the exam from here.?

AP Police Department recruits various posts in Police. You can apply online from UK, but not possible to appear for selection process or entrance exam from UK. Your physical presence must be at the time of entrance exam and other selection stages.

Posts and Eligibility In AP Police Recruitment
- Home Guard : After 10th
- Constable : After 12th
- Head Constable : After 12th
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) : After Graduation
- Sub-Inspector : After Graduation
- Assistant Commissioner of Police : After Graduation

Age Limit : 20 to 28 Years

Selection Process
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Preliminary Written Test
- Main Written Test

Physical Standards
- Height : Must not be less than 167.7 cms
- Chest : Must not be less than 86.3 cms with chest expansion of 5 cms.

Physical Efficiency Test
- Race : 5 Kms within 25 minutes for Men and 2.5 Kms within 16 minutes.
- Long Jump : 11 feet within 3 chances for Men. 9 feet within 3 chances for women.
- High Jump : 3.5 feet within 3 chances for Men. 3 feet within 3 chances for women.
