Re: How to become a lecturer in an engineering college?
Usually M.Tech/M.E graduates are preferred for the position of lecturer in government colleges. B.Tech graduates with high academic score can apply for guest lecturer position. NET qualification is necessary for applying in government engineering colleges. Master degree holders with 50% marks can apply for NET. Applications can be submitted through the web portal of the concerned college.
