i want to know how can an ECE engineer get in psu's like iocl,bhel.... without gate score and when are the exams going to be held??

Sorry, It is impossible to get into IOCL, BHEL etc.., with out good GATE score.

Public sector companies like IOCL, BHEL etc., take only GATE score as written exam score. There is no special enrance exam held by them.

If you have GATE All India Rank with in 220, you can very well appear for PSU interview.

Only ISRO conducts separate entrance exam for recruiting engineers.

GATE score is one option that you know very well except this there is an another procedure that is exams conducted by themselves like BHEL takes an exam for entrance in BHEL and if you clear that exam you can join it after giving one interview same is the case for IOCL also.
