Dear friend there's no provision for online application, but after your degree you can apply for CDS exam conducted by UPSC
age limit
21yrs-27yrs
if you qualify in CDS written test then you will be called for SSB/SSC camp which will of 8days-12days
here you have to undergo various tests like screening test, group test, medical test, apitude test, group discussion etc
then on all India merit bases you will selected for traning as a officer
