After intermediate, you can apply for clerical jobs in banks or government departments. One can also apply for Assistant level or apprentice jobs. Railways, Army, Navy, etc also recruit 12th passed candidates. Data entry jobs, BPO jobs, etc are other job profiles that you can look into. Anyway, one can get in to better jobs only after completing bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution.

Getting a job after Class 12th is quite tough these days when people are running after the MBA and higher studies courses.

This is because knowledge is power and so everybody wants to gain it as much as they can. I would recommend you to go for further studies and do a minimum graduation in any particular stream for 3 years whichever you like. Only after that can you expect to get a good job.

Still at first, I must tell you that yea you can do jobs and get jobs as well but I would show you the option for the government job which is available after 12th which is the NDA.
This is very highly reputed and it can be joined right after passing Class 12th.

NDA - National Defense Academy.

This is the name of the Entrance Exam which is conducted by the UPSC every year in the months of April and August for the recruitment of students for the various posts in Army, Navy and Air Force.

You need to meet the following requirements to sit for this exam :-

Male Unmarried Indian National

Age between 16.5 to 19 years.

Should have studied and passed Class 12th. No percentage requirement.

Physics and Maths are compulsory subjects to have studied if wishes to join Navy or Air Force.

Physical fitness is a must.


So after all these, you can get a job in the wing you apply for or whatever they suit you for.

Another jobs which are available are the BPO, KPO, Customer Call Services etc. These are in the private companies where you have to work day night shits in their call center's. You can join them very easily but they do not have any reputation and in fact have negative reputations.

You may also apply for the railways exams for the posts of locomotive drivers, clerical jobs in government offices, etc..

But I would still suggest you to go for your graduation as a lot of lines and field jobs would open up for you after that.

There is a less opportunities for you to get a job after 12th standard, atleast you have to complete graduation then it's a qualification to apply a good government job.

But there is a chance for you also to get a government jobs i.e bank clerks, railway jobs, NDA etc.

It is better to go for higher studies to get good job opportunities in both government and private sectors.
