How can i transfer college in mg university after 1st year b tech?is it possible to change branch also?

Yes, this is possible for you to change the college after first year of engineering under the same university.
You can change your college which are affiliated with same university not other. the procedure for the college changing has lots of formalities. So you have to consult with admission cell officer of your college for the transfer of college.
