plz kindly hlp me put i m facing dmn silly prblm all day i study hard bt at d end of day i knw nothin whn i opn d book agn . what exctly i shud do ?

The problem you are facing can be due to several reasons. But if you have the required IQ level and still not able to remember then the problem can be due to concentration and understanding. Firstly whatever you are studying make it a point that you understand it completely and can translate the same in your mother tongue. If you understand what you study then the most important part is solved. Now to keep it in your mind you can try writing whatever you study as it helps in memorizing. Try to revise whatever you study.
