I am studing 2nd PUC commerce so i can't concentrate in the studies what shall i do for studies? How should I take distinction in exam

Dont worry its natural. At times you will feel that you are not able to concentrate on studies. Reason is distration. There is a solution to it. Which if you follow well you can do something about it.

Make a promise to yourself that you are going to study with full concentration for 1 week. Just become rock rigid in your decision and decide that you are not going to do anything other than studies for 1 week.

After 1 week i.e on the 8th day when you dont study you will feel the guilt within you because you are now used to hardwork due to continous studies for a week

This will help you to get yourself back.

Just give it a try. It works 100%

About distinction. Well I think only hardwork and continuous studies can help you to do it.

1. first of all try some yoga like(TRATAK) in this you have to focus on the dot or the flame of the candle,the dot can be made on the wall and concentrate on that.I m sure this will drastically enrich your grasping power.

2.Eat healthy food

3. take a sound sleep

4. most of all always before study always think that "WHATEVER YOU ARE GOING TO STUDY WILL GIVE YOU A NEW INFORMATION ABOUT A NEW THING "this way your interest will certainly increase.

5. never take study as a burdon

try them and i m sure you will find changes..........

its quite natural for us i.e. students

the one main villain for concentration is lack of interest if you have good interest on what you are doing no one can stop or distract you from your work

first believe and create faith in what you are doing say the words to your heart like this "yes the study what i'm doing will help in future" and tune your mind to be concentrated on the work what you're doing

to increase concentration the best tool is meditation while meditating think as if you won the competition and all are praising you for your achievements

some tips to get distinction

->maintain less no. of friends

->say no to all the habits like chatting ,tv,internet,movies,long drives ,girlfriends etc.,

->maintain good habits and replace each bad habit with good habits
->diet is very important for concetration maintain a healthy diet

by doing all these you will definitely succeed

don't make your study boring.keep yourself entertaining sothat you don't feel boring at the time of study.Don't make study for longer period ,keep it short and study after a regular interval .

Just Dissucess with Friends about Subject in realworld(practically)

this is common in this age, because you are crowded with worldly entertainments, so you must push out by avoiding them, try to wake up early in the morning around 4 clock and study for two hours, and you must do it without failing you will get it. ALL THE BEST

It is a common problem for most of the students that they can not concentrate on their studies. If you are not able to concentrate on your studies that means you are not interested in your studies. Developing interest in the subjects you study will help you to concentrate on your studies.

In order to concentrate on your studies you should study easy subjects or topics first. Once you are finished with the easy subject or topic then move on to a bit difficult topic/subject. In this way increase your level of difficulty.

You can also do meditation or yoga to increase your concentration.

1) Always have the positive concentration ,weekly studies 10 hours,try to make Interest

2)If you don't have Interest,there are lots of CD's available in the market for each subject,just you here then daily,that make you Interest

3)short notes before the Exam time,try to learn 10 previous year question paper ,by that itself you can get 75%

friend studies frankly speaking is a domain hardly anyone likes but its also a deciding factor for our future. because without studies our options to get success in life will progressively detriate.also dont study for long hours coz it will cause fatigue in u. also instead of rote learning try to understand the concepts. it will make your study interesting. also while studying dont use mobiles,radio or anything that may distract u. finally one thing that's very imp. is that even your best friend may not be avialable at hard times but your skills and learning will never part with u friend! so enjoy learning!

This happens to all so do not worry. Even the best people lack motivation some days to do the needful. You can follow these points as it may help:

1. Try to study in a peaceful environment.
2. Never force yourself to study.
3. Think of the consequences of you not studying.
4. Think about your parents who have worked so hard to bring you to a position you are in.
5. Praise yourself if you have studied for a while and promise to study more the next day. Do not break this promise.
6. Motivate yourself to study more.
7. Last but not the least be happy.

if you have not concentrate on study
then you go for some meditation,then your mind is on steady mood
first you go for read one topic what is you do not have memorize
then after read then you wrote that thing.
after that you go for read what ever you write,then you understand
something in the subject.
So in this type you read all these things and memorize all these things............

The best way to concentrate on studies is to try to understand each level by reading again and again until you develop some of your own concepts about the topic.So it is not necessary you definitely have to complete all of your syllabus each time, the necessary part is that you have grabbed how much part.Even if you have grabbed 70-80% the you will get distinction definitely.


Avoid learning, always try to give your own answers in the examination hall.That will always make you feel better and keep interested.

Don't skip any thing friend , as one thing you are skipping right now is definitely going to cost you in the near future.

try to study the subjects you like and if you will follow these tips you are definitely going to develop some attachment to some of the subjects which earlier you don't like.

can't concentrate in studies feel sleepy and mind convertion.what to do?????????

Hi friend,

Concentration is the thing which you must be having from the small age itself i mean by birth. You can improve it now also but you must be working hard for that.

Do meditations daily. Or like in psychiatric clinic draw some concentric circles and try to see i mean concentrate only on the smallest circle in the middle. And one more advise friend, you don't need to concentrate on the time of studying you must concentrate on the time of class. Understand the subjects, it may not take you to distinction in marks wise but i am sure you will succeed in your life.

I am a C.A. Student and I have exams in 2 months from now.. I am not getting interest to study and am feeling sleepy.. But, I dont want to sleep.. I have lot of portion to study.. This is something very common.....as soon as we sit to study our mind starts running to different tangents....
something which really helps me is pampering my own self....you can always give yourself a reason of motivation to study...you can buy yourself something you really wanted to have but only on the promise of scoring good....the greed to have the thing really works well...
another thing you can do is be your own teacher....give yourself a daily target to complete and just dont allow yourself to sleep before you've completed that...this way you can really score good....

Its really common among us is,students for d lack of concentration... So don't worry much abt it.

~stay away from mobile,TV & all such things...if u really want sm entertainment den prefer listening music
~set a small goal dat until or xms r over u won't waste time in all useless things
~keep a revard for urself dat if u score good in xm ull do dis,d revard may b anything which u like d most like going on trip,net pack,chilling out wid frnds,or sm gift for itself
~if u hv gf or bf strictly tell dem not to disturb u till xms r over
~i know we all die for entertainment, hanging out wid frnds,mobile,internet,talking wid gf or bf& all.......but frnds always remember abt future bez if u don't study den in future u will definitely not get these.....
