I AM COMPLETED MY GRADUATION IN COMMERCE WITH 60%MARKS .CAN I APPLY FOR IAS .WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IAS OR IRS

I AM COMPLETED MY GRADUATION IN COMMERCE WITH 60%MARKS.CAN I APPLY FOR IAS AND SUBJECTS RELATED WITH COMMERCE ARE AVAILABLE IN IAS OR NOT IN MAIN EXAMINATION
