IPS stands for INDIAN POLICE SERVICE . IPS exam is conducted by UPSC. There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.This exam is conduct through Civil Service Exam .

Those candidate have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for IPS exam.There is not require any kind of percentage marks for IPS Exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years for General category candidates and 21to 33 year for OBC category candidates and 21 to 35 years for SC/ST category candidates .

Number of attempts:

4 attempts for General category candidates.
7 attempts for Obc category candidates
14 attempts for SC/ST category candidates.

IPS stands for Indian Police Service this exam require the following eligibility and criteria:

>> A candidate should have completed their Graduation Degree in any stream with at least 55% from Recognized Universities.....

>> Final year student may also applicable for it.....

>> Age of candidate should be between 21 to 30 years for General category, Relaxation is Available for OBC +3 years and SC/ST +5 years......

>> A General Category student can apply Maximum 4 times.
For OBC Maximum 7 times.

there is no such percentage required for IPS exam.few qualifications required are
you must be graduate and your age limit shall be 21-30 years(relaxable upto 3 years for upto obc and upto 5 years for sc/st)

There is no any percentage requirement for the IPS Entrance Exam.
