CAT stands for Common Admission Test which is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for admission in various college for MBA course.This exam is conduct once time in year.It will conduct for MBA course for various college in India .

Those candidate have completed graduation with above 50% marks from recognized university are applicable for CAT exam.Marks relaxation is provide for SC/ST candidate.There is no age criteria.

Final year student are also applicable for CAT exam.There is no limitation for CAT exams attempts so you can try it maximum times.

Eligibility For CAT

CAT (Common Admission Test) is conducted every year for admissions to the premier B-Schools of India like IIMs, FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad and many more..

The CAT is an online exam in which you need to select your date and time slot in the given range of dates available for choosing..

For instance, this year the CAT dates could be chosen anywhere between 11th October,2012 to 6th November,2012..

There were 2 time slots available per day..one at 10:30am and the other at 3:15pm..

A candidate is eligible for appearing for CAT only if :-

The candidate is a final year graduation student or has already completed graduation from a recognized institute in any stream with an aggregate of 50%

ELIGIBILTY- Graduation pass in any stream with minimum 50% marks for General and OBC candidates

You must have above 50% from your qualifying degree..
CAT stands for COMMON ADMISSION TEST for MBA to all the leading colleges in india.
for IIM,XLRI you have to score above 98 percentile
for other top 20 colleges top 90 percentile

I think any degree holder will eligible to write the CAT exam.You must have passed the degree with minimum 60% marks for OBC/OC,55% marks for SC/ST students
