How TO Prepare for IIT with 10+2?please give me advise me on how to do it

Prepare a detailed timetable for all topics in the syllabus. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics form the subjects for the exam. Follow this time table regularly. Reference books and past year question papers can be used for exam preparation. Practicing maximum number of model questions is really useful.
