If I just fill the SSC exam form and dont answer the exam will it be counted as an attempt?
i have filled the forum of SSC(graduate level) but didn't give the exam.....will it be counted in my attempts.......what's the eligibility for general

yes they will count you after filling SSC forms they donot depend on wheather the candidate is present or not GOOD LUCK |
