you can apply for the Aeronautical Engineers Course in both Electronics and Mechanical branch in the Indian Air Force.

Eligibility:

you should be minimum 17 and max age is 25

Educational Qualification:

you should have Degree in Engineering in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation/Computer Science branch from recognized institute .

Selection Process:

The selection process includes both written examination and personal interview with the selection committee.

The candidates who have completed their graduation will join Indian Air force
as an officer in Ground Duty branches of Indian Air force.
Candidates can join Indian Air force in the following Ground Duty Branches:

Administration Branch
Accounts Branch
Logistics Branch
Education
Metereology

1.Administration Branch
Candidates applying for the Administration Branch will require the following
eligibility criteria.

Age
The age should be 20 to 23 years if the candidate is a Graduate student.
The age should be 20 to 25 years if the candidates is a Post Graduates

Gender
The above entry scheme is applicable to both men and women.

Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the above entry scheme should be Graduate in
any discipline with a minimum 60% marks.
OR
If a candidate having Post Graduation degree they should have a minimum 50% marks.

The eligibility criteria is same for all other branches. So if a candidate having
the above eligibility criteria then they can apply for the above
Ground Duty branches.

Yes there is much scope in Indian Air Force for masters in computer sciences. Jobs for controlling all the systems such as navigation control, radio controller etc. All these controls are been used by the different softwares. The eligibilty is as the norms. The SC/ST cast people are registered free.

There they also require basic information and general knowledge so be prepared.
