I have attended BA course in 2000-2003 I passed main, but I did not attend english paper. Now I would like to complete my course. My I get any chance to complete my degree.

No, it is not possible the degree which you have discontinued 13 years back. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration. For B.A. course, the minimum duration is 3 years and the maximum duration is 6 years. With minimum duration or within maximum duration, you have to complete the course to be eligible to get degree certificate else, your admission will be cancelled. Since, you have discontinued B.A. course 13 years ago, your admission has already cancelled and you are not eligible to complete your degree course.

I am a student of batch R07, I have some backlogs. I was in bangalore and could not seen the notification issued by the JNTUH in 2016 for the batch R07 students. Will i get a last chance to complete my backlogs in 2017. Please one more chance to complete my backlogs, sir.

but some days later i am received CLC from that particular university ,Which is CLC certificate is not applied by me
in the CLC written 3 passed
when i visiting to university the lacerates informing the you have some backlog so your certificate not released.
