I need to know that when Civil Services preliminary examination 2010 notification will issued?

the notification for the civil services exams are not out yet,keep looking the employment news regularly

The date has been already displayed in the employement news and in the official website.

Release of Notification of UPSC 2010 will be in the December 1st week, 2009
Last date of submission of UPSC 2010 application form will be almost by the January 1st week, 2010

what is the last date 4 submitting application n where are the applications issued......??

the notification is not issued yet so we can not say when is the last date,
generally the application forms are issued in post office

Notification for it is still not available will be available soon, just check ur treads regularly for more updates

if ur a regular internet user then u apply for 'entrance exam' this site will give every little opportunity that one can bag including the civil services exam

Lat date of submission form is 5th january 2010.and civil service preliminary test exam is on 17may,2010

Last date of receipt of application form: 1st feb 2010
Date of exam: 23rd may 2010

now please tell me how would i can prepare of this exam as i want it to be clear in first attempt.
i had choose chemistry for prelims and chemistry and economics for mains (if i could reach there).

What is the denomination of the postage stamp to be affixed on the brown envelope in which the form and acknowledgement card is to be mailed to UPSC. I was told Rs.5 by post office but I have my doubts with that. On the acknowledgement card, it is Rs 6 so thats clear.

It has already been issued...last date to submit ur application is 01-02-2010..

the important dates related to IAS exam this year is as follows:

date of notification of the civil services(prelims.)--02.01.2010
last date of reciept of the application forms---01.02.2010
date of prelims. exam--23.05.2010
date of mains exam---29.10.2010

the notification has already appeared in the employement newspapers dated 02.01.2010,so refer that for more
information regarding availibilty of forms,places and number of seats.

you will have to send the application form to:

all applications must reach the
"Secretary, Union Public Service Commission,
Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road,
New Delhi - 110069"

either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier, on or before the 1st February, 2010.
